Quality Fade is silent and cumulative: the factory subtly reduces costs on each batch to protect their margin. By batch 3 you already have negative reviews, FBA returns and a compromised account health. AQL 2.5 audits at origin — before payment release — are the only way to cut it before it reaches the customer.

Factory due diligence
We verify the SAMR registration, audit the BOM (Bill of Materials) and conduct a live video inspection of the facilities before any order.

AQL inspections during production
We carry out PPI (Pre-Production Inspection), DUPRO (During Production) and PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) to ISO 2859-1 standard with AQL 2.5.

Golden Sample and penalty clauses
We hold the Golden Sample at our facilities. Contracts include automatic chargebacks for non-conforming batches — no post-incident negotiation required.
