EU Compliance & Certification
Since 2024, GPSR Regulation (EU) 2023/988 requires every non-food product sold in the EU to have a Responsible Person established in Europe. Without one, Amazon suspends the ASIN within 24–72h and Customs activates the Red Channel. 4J Lab is listed as your EAR from the day the contract is signed, assuming documentary responsibility for 10 years.

Initial documentary audit
We review your Declaration of Conformity, technical file, instructions manual and labelling. We identify every non-conformity against the applicable standard.

EAR designation and EPR registrations
We coordinate your EU Responsible Person designation under GPSR. We complete LUCID (Germany), CITEO (France) and Ecoembes (Spain) registrations for the markets where you sell.

Ongoing maintenance
We monitor regulatory updates (Amazon Seller Central, GPSR, EPR) and update your documentation at no extra cost within the contract period.
