The company operates as a specialised consultancy in legal, tax and logistics infrastructure for the transition of Asian OEM manufacturers to OBM brands with a presence in the European market. Its services are strictly B2B in nature and are not directed at end consumers.

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website https://www.4jlab.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), as well as all subdomains and pages linked to this domain. By accessing the Site, the user fully accepts these legal conditions.

The Site is informational and commercial in nature, aimed at economic operators established in the European Union or third countries wishing to access European markets. Access to the Site does not, in itself, create any contractual relationship between X4JX LAB SL and the user.

Access to the Site is free and does not require prior registration. The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality and public order, refraining from any activity that may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the Site.

X4JX LAB SL does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the Site. The Site is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, X4JX LAB SL shall not be liable for any damages of any nature arising from the use or inability to use the Site, errors or omissions in the content, or the presence of viruses or other harmful elements.
